Every month tells a story
In April, we see volunteers examining hundreds of children in a schoolyard. Since 1999, more than 45,000 schoolchildren have been treated in this way – often their first visit to the dentist. Or June, which portrays strong women like Elizabeth, who not only feed their families with their self-help group, but also break with outdated traditions. In September, we take a look at St. Monica Village, where 650 widows strengthen their community and enable their children to receive an education through catering and handicrafts.
